We want colonoscopies for every body. The recommended age is now 45 - and some studies show about 30% of people already have a polyp by their mid-40s. That means everyone should be checking out that ass the year they turn 45, regardless of sex, race, or income. Not 45 yet? Start rallying your friends, your family - maybe even your enemies too. Colorectal cancer prevention isn't someone else's issue - it's all of ours, and we all do better when we all do better.

Every purchase funds affordable colonoscopies in Western North Carolina, in partnership with Blue Ridge Health and UNC Lineberger Cancer Center. In this rural region - home to many migrant farmworkers - access is limited. At-home stool tests help, but a positive result means one thing: you need a colonoscopy. And that's exactly where the system breaks down. Our Colonoscopy Fund fund bridges that gap, covering paid time off, transportation, translation, prep support, whatever it takes to get that colonoscopy done.

In 2025, we raised $75,000, helping over 50 underinsured patients get the colonoscopies that could save their lives, sometimes within weeks of joining a waitlist. Our first fully-funded colonoscopy went to a young, uninsured patient in their 20s: in pain, limited English, no way to pay. The clinic tapped the Worldclass grant, resulting in a free procedure for someone who really needed one. Today, they're cancer-free and we're working to make more stories like this one a reality.
